1 medium potato
1 small onion
1 can Niblets corn
1 can cream-style corn
1 can evaporated milk
½ lb. bacon
1 cup milk
Dice potato and onion and boil in ¾-1 cup water until tender.
Trim fat from bacon, cut into pieces and sauté until brown.
Combine all ingredients including potato-onion water in a large pot.
Simmer on low heat until hot.
Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
Thicken with flour to desired consistency.
