May, 2010 Reunion
The 2010 "Mini" reunion was held on May 22, 2010. The get-together was held at Aunty Eunice's house, with Honolulu cousins Nathan and Clara, Sandra and Roger, Jeffrey and daughter Renee, and Russell and Candace joined by Randy and Niki, Brenda, Addison and Sharon, and aunties Eunice and Merlyn. Kanani (Aloma's daughter,) her husband Wesley and their son Pono also joined the festivities
The "planning committee" provided much of the food, and cousins were asked to bring a dessert to the potluck lunch. There was way too much food, including Teriyaki beef, garlic chicken, roast port, Char Siu, salads, noodles, sashimi and poke, Kalua pork, baked fish, veggies, and lots of snacks and great desserts. This was a great time to "catch up" and talk story.
For those cousins who weren't able to attend, we missed you, and hope you can join us for our next gathering!
May, 2008 Reunion
The 2008 Ching Cousins reunion was held at The Willows on May 3, 2008. The food was great, and seeing everybody together after all these years was a wonderful experience. Thanks to everyone, this reunion was a great success. Congrats to those who worked tirelessly to pull this off, and a special Mahalo to Ron for producing a great video collection of memories. Appreciation also goes to Nathan for providing us with "Instant Memories" photos of the group and giving us the refrigerator magnet tips on how to stay healthy.
